Broadcast Networks Europe is dedicated to maintaining an efficient and fair regulatory and operational environment for Terrestrial Broadcast Network Operators with a view to ensuring European citizens continue having universal access to a broad range of TV and radio programs and content as well as other over-the-air services.

BNE welcomes new member

Digea, Greece, has just joined Broadcast Networks Europe, bringing the Association┬┤s membership to 13 companies.
Digea was recently created (summer 2009) to drive the move to digital television in Greece. It was established by a group of private television channels of national range and aims to cover up to 60% of the population in the short term thanks to the implantation of two new transmitters.
